NourishWell provides nutrition counseling and lactation support to Blue Springs, MO and surrounding areas. In-Person and telehealth options are available for nutrition counseling, lactation consults and classes.

We know that you have many choices when it comes to nutrition and lactation care in the Kansas City area. Many providers, including myself, offer excellent care, however, NourishWell stands apart from others in several important areas, making us the right choice for your nutrition and or lactation care.

• My goals are your goals. My focus is in supporting your personal goals with compassionate and expert care. I will take time to listen to you and address all of your concerns in our first visit.

• I have been a Registered Dietitian for over 13 years and an Internationally Board Certified Lactation Consultant for over 10 years.

• My approach is holistic in nature. Rather than offering cookie cutter advice, I will listen to your story, assess current issues, medical history, and lifestyle history to assess the root cause of the problem you are having. Together we will form a plan to address root causes and help you to meet your goals.

• I am the only local provider directly in-network with many insurance companies including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna and United Healthcare. This means your visits likely have no up-front costs and are typically covered at no cost to you. Specific plans vary in coverage.
