About Me
My journey into women’s nutrition and lactation began with a heartfelt desire to understand health and support others on their wellness journeys. Early on, I discovered how essential nutrition is to lifelong health, which led me to pursue a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Central Missouri. For the past 15 years, I’ve been privileged to work as a Registered Dietitian, guiding mothers through maternal and child nutrition and helping them build a foundation of health for their families.
As I worked with mothers, I saw an overwhelming need for more advanced lactation support. This inspired me to pursue IBCLC training, and for over 12 years now, I’ve been an internationally board certified lactation consultant, helping mothers navigate the unique challenges of breastfeeding. Supporting women as they strive to meet both their nutrition and breastfeeding goals is one of the most rewarding aspects of my work.
I’m deeply passionate about empowering women through all stages of life, encouraging them to listen to and trust their bodies, and to prioritize self-care while caring for their families. I am truly grateful for a career that allows me to lift up other women, offering them the knowledge, compassion, and support they deserve.
